Depending on what your app does, these are the most common PHP extensions you may need:
- PHP 8.0 or Higher
- Ghost Script and Imagic Package (required)
- JSON (must be enabled)
- exec (must be enabled)
Instructions
Ghost Script, Imagic Package, and exec must be enabled; otherwise, you cannot upload PDF files.
Make sure put database connection.
🛠 Step 2: Install/Enable Extensions via cPanel
✅ Method 1: Using Select PHP Version
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Scroll to “Software” section.
- Click “Select PHP Version” (or “PHP Selector”).
- Choose your PHP version from the dropdown.
- Enable the required extensions by checking the boxes.
- Click “Save” or “Apply”.
If you don’t see this option, your hosting provider might restrict it. In that case, contact their support.
